Golden Orchid Spa & Shop Supports Breast Cancer Awareness & the Pink Line

To support Frederick’s Pink Line on Saturday October 18th, the Golden Orchid Spa & Shop announced that they will donate $1.00 for every nail and massage service performed during the week of October 10th -17th to the Hurwitz Breast Cancer Fund at Frederick Memorial Hospital.

Spa owner Yvette Shirey said, "I have 2 friends that have been fighting this terrible disease since they were 30 years old. I am now in a position to show my support by giving to a local charity that can make a difference".

The Golden Orchid is known for their support and contributions to many charities in Frederick including the Mental Health Association, Heartly House, Community Living, Leukemia Society, Ashley Foundation and many other schools, churches, health and civic organizations.
