Cancellation Policy
Should a cancellation be necessary, we ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice to avoid the 50% service charge. Bookings for Spa Packages and Groups require a credit card to hold the reservation. A 50% fee will be charged for cancellations with less than 7 days notice. All no-shows will be charged 100%.

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are a wonderful gift to show someone you care. They can be used for the service on the certificate, packages can be broken up and used in multiple visits or they can be exchanged for other services. Gift Certificates have no cash value and are not refundable.

Peace & Quiet
The Golden Orchid works hard to provide a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere for all of our customers. We ask that conversations be kept quiet, that cell phones and pagers be turned off and that children remain under close supervision. If your child is disruptive to others in the spa, your service may need to be stopped short.

Credit Cards & Checks
We accept checks, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. There is a $25.00 fee for all returned checks.

Smoke-Free
To provide a healthy and relaxing environment for all of our guests, we are a smoke-free day spa in our facility and on our veranda.
